When someone on your team is not okay, someone needs to know what to do.
Certified Mental Fitness First Responder training delivered by Rachel Willis, licensed Mental Fitness Australia facilitator.
Human services work is demanding. Staff regularly absorb trauma, complexity, and emotional weight that most workplaces never encounter. Safe Work Australia data shows psychological injury claims are among the most costly and lengthy of all workplace injury types — and in health and community services the rate is significantly above the national average.
Most organisations respond after the crisis. This training is built for before it.
The Mental Fitness First Responder program equips your people to recognise distress early, respond with confidence and compassion, and refer to the right support at the right time — without taking on a clinical role.
